The local village of Dalavich has a shop/post office/cafe where you can enjoy
a varied lunchtime and early evening menu as well as stock up on the essentials. The shop also has bike hire.
There is not a pub in the village but there is a Social Club with bar, childrens' facilities,
pool table and sports hall. The Social Club is run by the village and entry to the club for guests costs £1.00 per adult
or just £4.00 for the week.
About 15 minutes drive away there are good pubs and restaurants locally at Kilchrennan, Kilmartin and
Ardanaseig.
Boats can be hired from Norman Clark in the village of Dalavich.
There is also a laundry on site for the use of residents.
Included with the cost of accommodation are fishing rights from shore and boat on Loch Awe,
Loch Avich and the River Avich.
